Using WORLD
You may use WORLD to explore places and access the radio, television, weather and geographic information made available through the product. Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the product, its users or its providers.
Stations, channels and third-party streams
Radio stations, television channels, live streams, logos and programming generally come from third parties. WORLD does not claim ownership of them and inclusion does not create a partnership or endorsement.
A station or channel may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, geo-restricted, replaced or removed without notice. A compatible stream today may stop working later because broadcasters and source directories control availability.
External services and links
Some media plays inside WORLD; other entries open an official or external page. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and technical restrictions. You are responsible for following them.
Intellectual property
WORLD's original interface, design and code are separate from third-party data and media. Open-source software and open datasets remain governed by their respective licenses, which are identified on Sources & Credits. Broadcaster names, marks and content remain with their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls or geographic restrictions, disrupt the service, overload endpoints, introduce malicious code, misrepresent a relationship with WORLD, or use the product to infringe another person's rights.
Availability and responsibility
WORLD is provided as available, without a promise that every place, source or stream will be complete, accurate or continuously reachable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WORLD is not responsible for third-party content, external service failures or losses caused by relying on an unavailable or inaccurate source. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
